We are looking for a hard working, reliable person to join our Catering team in the Central Production Unit in Dr.Grays Hospital. You will need to be able to prioritise daily kitchen duties in a busy environment. This person will be key to the efficient service of meals to patients ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and food safety are maintained. You will need to be flexible, committed and have a positive attitude to your work. Ideally you will have some catering experience and a good knowledge of food hygiene and environmental health standards.
