Hays are supporting a leading healthcare technology business based on the outskirts of Norwich who are searching for a Brand Manager to join their team. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the Brand Manager will be leading a team of 3 direct reports.
Your new role
As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing campaigns. The positionbines strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management and requires strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills to optimise brand performance and drive business growth. Other responsibilities will include:
• Developing and executing brand strategies and marketing campaigns that support business objectives and resonate with the target audience.
• Shaping the brand's identity and voice, ensuring consistent representation across all touchpoints.
• Planning and managing cross-functional marketing campaigns to strengthen brand positioning, identifying growth opportunities and making data-driven decisions to optimise campaigns.
• Building strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to integrate brand strategies into broader initiatives.
• Collaborating with cross-business unit leaders to align brand strategy with business goals and engage with leadership.
• Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing initiatives, integrating brand messaging and values into product development and customer experience.
• Manage brand budgets to achieve business goals and maximise ROI, monitoring expenditures and adjusting strategies based on performance data.
• Ensure financial accountability and transparency in budget management and acquisition reporting.
• Utilising advanced analytics to assess brand performance and make data-driven decisions, tracking key metrics related to brand awareness, perception, and engagement.
• Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing initiatives, integrating brand messaging and values into product development and customer experience.
• Building and developing a high-performing team in brand management and marketing.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in a marketing or brand role with knowledge of brand management, marketing strategy and project management. You will be a proven leader who is able to drive marketing campaigns and develop high-performing teams. It is also key that you have strongmunication skills and are able to build relationships with key stakeholders.

1. Salary £40,000 - 55,000 per annum
2. Hybrid working - 3 days in office, 2 from home.
