Red Bull UK is recruiting for a National Account Executive - Independent Wholesale, to be based within the UK.
The National Account Executive is responsible for achieving volume, profit, and net revenue targets, interacting closely with the wider Red Bull business, including Field Sales, National Account teams, Logistics, Finance, and Brand & Marketing teams. The strategic direction of the company is to be followed, with particular emphasis on the key pillars within the Impulse Channel.
This Independent Wholesale NAE role supports the National Account Manager for Independent Wholesale, with a particular emphasis on the Buying Group, Unitas Wholesale, focusing on Retail Club development and activation across Independent Wholesale members and their sales teams, as well as brilliant depot execution and agreements (which will be achieved in collaboration with our RAE Field Sales function).

1. Deliver growth targets driven by business plans that are aligned with and relevant to your customers' and Red Bull's priorities. Evaluate activities within each customer, applying learnings for future application.
2. Forecast and drive growth while tracking the development of the account to make well-informed, accurate, and timely business decisions. Ensure accurate forecasts of base and promotional volume and point-of-sale material, followed by subsequent activity evaluations for future implementation.
3. Proactively manage the customer contact strategy to remove obstacles to progress. Conduct timely meetings with key contacts to ensure the development of the overall business plan in conjunction with the National Account Manager. Contacts will include, but are not limited to, Buying Group Members (the Customer) and their Buying departments, Owners/Shareholders of businesses, Retail & Marketing teams within Customer accounts, Depot Managers, Operations Managers, and Buying Group Head Office support staff (for Promotional and Marketing activity).
4. Build and maintain an internal contact strategy to help meet overall account KPIs. This includes collaboration with Field Sales (RAEs and Strikers), Category Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Brand & Consumer.
5. Become an expert in Category, Consumer, and Customer, covering both your customer and Red Bull. Make positive decisions based on insight, both sought independently and made available. Work closely with internal Category contacts and confidently utilize data and insights.
6. Be a brand advocate to your customer, the trade, and Red Bull, mirroring the brand values to deliver an enhanced brand perception at all times.
7. Proven account development skills.
8. Evidence of utilising and driving a customer contact strategy.
9. Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills.
10. Proven ability to handle, evaluate, and utilize sales data and insights effectively.
11. Experience in negotiation and trading matters to a reasonable level.
12. Evidence of supporting, executing, and delivering business plans and/or KPIs.
13. Self-starter with a focus on results and the customer.
14. Proven track record of achievement.
