James Grace Local, supporting clients and clients within the local area to match talent to opportunities and support the local community. James Grace Technical, specialising in permanent and contract hires within the UK Engineering sector, working predominantly within the service installation and repairs side of Engineering. Following a record breaking year, we are now looking to add to our James Grace Technical division. Excellent communication skills. Recruitment is all about dealing with people and the more time spent speaking with clients and candidates directly correlates into the level of success that you will have. We are not a call centre, but we do spend a lot of time on the phone. Technical aptitude. Although we can teach you the intricacies of the Engineering sector, it is important that you are able to retain and understand the information to be comfortable when having conversations with clients and candidates. I.T. literate. Must be able to navigate a multi-platform tech stack and be conversant in Microsoft Office Team player. Our team all work in different sectors but there is cross-over into each of them. We want people to compete for the top biller accolades but also contribute towards the success of others. Ideally, but not essential. Previous experience in a sales / telephone based role or experienced gained within a technical / engineering role.
