We’re JTS (JAMTech Solutions) – a fast-growing multidisciplinary engineering consultancy working at the heart of the UK’s water and wastewater infrastructure.
We deliver innovative, sustainable engineering solutions for complex challenges – and are looking for a proactive, detail-driven Finance Manager to take ownership of our finance function as we enter an exciting period of growth. This is a permanent, full-time role based in our Head Office in Fleet, Hampshire, although we are open to discussing flexible arrangements where necessary.

What you’ll be doing:
As the Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the company's finance function, working closely with the Company Directors and existing Bookkeeper to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, effective cash flow management, and sound financial decision-making. The role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to help shape the future growth of the finance team.
* Managing the full finance function, including bookkeeping oversight, payroll, VAT, and reporting
* Preparing monthly management accounts, budgeting and forecasting
* Supporting directors with financial insight and business performance reporting
* Working with external accountants, HMRC, and banking partners
* Improving financial processes, systems, and controls
* Providing input into strategic decisions and longer-term financial planning
What we’re looking for:
To be successful in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in finance, a hands-on mindset, and the ability to support business decisions with sound financial insight.
* 5+ years in a hands-on finance role, ideally within an SME or project-based environment
* Fully qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
* Confident using Xero and Excel
* A great communicator with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
* Someone who thrives in a growing business where no two days are the same
