Pro-Found Recruitment are looking to recruit a fully remote Operations Administrator.
Operations Administrator Benefits:
Location: Fully remote working from home
Hours/Days: Full Time - Monday to Friday
Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 per hour - initially paid weekly via the Agency
Laptop, phone and equipment provided
Contract: Temp to Perm (after 12 weeks)Operations Administrator Role Overview:
Providing administrative support to the operations team, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and in an organised manner.
Operations Administrator Duties & Responsibilities:
Organising digital filing systems and updating office databases and documents.
Working alongside other Operations Administrators offering support where required.
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Frequent communication with the teams to offer support.
Respond to emails and other digital communication.
Use word processing and presentation software to create and edit documents.
Prioritising tasks throughout the day to ensure deadlines are met. Operations Administrator Criteria:
Previous experience as an Administrator at a senior admin level
Good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages
Professional and confident manner
Excellent Communicator
Good administration skills
Ability to work within a team and under own initiative
Good organisational skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Good literacy and numeracy skills
Experience in dealing with customer queries
Strong written and oral skills
Maintain a professional approach
GDPR knowledge and experience
Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
Use initiative as an Administrator
