Service: Financial Services, Revenues and Benefits

Argyll and Bute Council’s Financial Services Department is looking to recruit two Council Tax Assessors within the Revenues and Benefits Team based in Kintyre House, Campbeltown. These are permanent full-time posts working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
You will support the Revenues and Benefits Team in providing an efficient and effective service to ensure that all Council Tax bills and follow-ups are issued timeously. You will be responsible for updating Council Tax records in relation to sales/tenancy changes and all types of relief, discount, and exemption applications, including review applications and any related correspondence through the Electronic Document Management system.
