ABC Teachers are helping recruit for an MFL Teacher, for a popular school located in Tamworth, Staffordshire. The role is an immediate start, running until Christmas, with the view of extending.
About the role
We are seeking a qualified Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to teach French. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons, as well as managing marking and assessments to monitor students’ progress. This is a full-time role, with competitive pay rates.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging MFL lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Teach French across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential to teach A-level.
* Mark and assess students’ work, providing constructive feedback to promote improvement.
* Track student progress and prepare assessments to ensure learning objectives are met.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that motivates students.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop teaching strategies and best practices

Requirements
To be considered for the role of French Teacher - QTS you will:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching French at the secondary level.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students in their learning.
* Commitment to carrying out the full teaching responsibilities, including planning, marking, and assessments.
* Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
