Job Description
3. Provide comprehensive HR support to employees and managers across the region.
4. Manage recruitment processes, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding.
5. Provide administrative support to the HR team.
6. Travel to sites within the region to support with HR needs.
7. Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with employment law.
8. Manage the ER cases across the region, supporting line managers with disciplinaries, grievance and absence procedures.
9. Address employee relations issues, providing advice and guidance as required.
10. Maintain HR systems and records in line with GDPR regulations.
11. Support the delivery of HR projects and initiatives.
12. Coordinate training and development activities.
13. Assist with payroll administration and benefits provision.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Regional HR Advisor should have:
14. Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
15. CIPD qualification is preferred.
16. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
17. The ability to handle confidential information sensitively and professionally.
18. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
19. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
20. Valid UK driving license.
