Degree, HND, or equivalent in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. Chartered status is a plus. Strong background in ISO 9001, quality control systems, auditing, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with project controls, scheduling (Primavera/MS Project), and cost tracking. In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, local NI standards, and health & safety legislation. Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM (Revit/Navisworks), MS Office, and industry-specific quality management software. Proven track record in leading teams, managing subcontractors, and engaging with clients. As a Quality Lead Oversee the quality assurance and control aspects of the project from initial planning through to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet required standards. Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS), ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 and other regulatory standards. Lead quality engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth collaboration and adherence to project requirements. Work closely with the client, design teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of quality processes into the overall project. Ensure all installations, materials, and processes comply with project specifications, industry standards, and health & safety regulations.
