Operations Healthcare Business development Sales
We’re a growing health tech start-up that’s determined to make a big impact in the world. We’ve just launched our product in the UK and are looking for a Sales Development Rep to build our client base.
Your role will be to be the main point of contact between the client and their customers. You will help us define, build, and execute the commercial vision and partnerships for the company.
The location for this role is Cambridge but will be hybrid.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through targeted outbound calling and emailing. Research potential clients in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers, to build a pipeline of prospects.
2. Outreach and Engagement: Conduct initial outreach to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of the company's healthtech solutions. Utilise various communication platforms including email, phone, and social media.
3. Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies. Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
4. Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities. Provide insights to the marketing and product development teams to help tailor the company's offerings to the evolving needs of the healthcare market.
5. CRM Management: Utilise CRM tools to track interactions with potential clients, manage leads, and report on sales activities and progress.
6. Networking and Relationship Building: Attend industry conferences and networking events to build relationships with potential clients and partners.
