Teaching Personnel are seeking 5 behaviour support assistants to start for after the Easter break!
The schools who are seeking these candidates cater for children with behavioural difficulties, along with social and emotional needs. The school is seeking candidates who have a calm approach to situations and tasks that may occur in the school day. Equally, they are looking for behaviour support assistants who encourage, compliment, and reward when pupils do well and are achieving in their lessons.
You must have experience working with either challenging behaviour or social emotional mental health.
A successful candidate will:
* Have experience working with challenging behaviour in some capacity
* Want to have a career in education
* A commitment to the pupils and the school
* Be determined to make a difference within the school
* Have a calm and empathetic approach
