If so, we are searching for an ambitious Contact Centre Team Leader at Magenta Living In our Contact Centre which handles more than 3000 inbound calls weekly, your primary responsibility will be to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to consistently achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and service targets. You will drive the team’s performance through clear goals, real-time management, and strategic coaching, ensuring that the Contact Centre delivers outstanding service and strives to always Do the Right Thing for our customers and tenants. Our ideal candidate will be someone with a positive and enthusiastic personality with a strong focus on customer service and who has experience in delivering front-line customer service. Seamless attention to detail and the ability to organise and prioritise work is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required. It is essential that you are adaptable and flexible in your approach to working. You will be willing to work any 5 over 7 days, including weekends, on a variety of shifts between the hours of 07.00 – 20.00. Additionally, there may be a requirement to work Bank Holidays and during the Christmas period if needed.
