The purpose of this job is to provide a supportive role to the group leads in cascading information throughout the paid media team to improve the performance of campaigns. Assisting in project delivery to maintain alignment across the group. A requirement to have a basic understanding in the principles of Paid Search and Paid Social.

What You'll Be Doing:
1. Concise written English to take minutes during senior partner meetings, and present back to Group Leads.
2. Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally in paid teams to optimise campaign.
3. Good task management to monitor hygiene of accounts and inform relevant teams of irregularities.
4. Basis grasp of feed management, and good verbal communication to explain issues discovered.
5. Help support the management of UK and International Paid accounts and review the delivery of Paid campaigns.
6. Work with cross-functionally to implement testing and optimising campaigns to meet targets/KPI’s.
7. Support the teams as required with day-to-day activities including SQL reports, landing page checks, KW audits, building out campaigns.
8. Manage the bid management platform to meet targets and KPI’s whilst ensuring we are up to date with any enhancements and Beta tests.
9. Analyse data, identifying trends and opportunities within the market and the paid search accounts.
10. Develop strong relationships with internal departments to support product launches and promotions.
11. Regularly researching and reviewing latest industry trends, tools and software that could enhance the paid search channels.
12. Attend quarterly reviews with selected partners to review performance and create appropriate action plans.
What We're Looking For:

14. Good basic knowledge of the digital landscape and paid channels including Google Shopping, re-targeting and display, and paid social.
15. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Google docs.
16. An understanding of budgets, KPI’s and ROI.
17. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
18. Analytical, insightful and able to draw key points from data analysis.
19. Experience / knowledge of other digital channels and multichannel marketing.
20. Excellent organisational skills.
21. Second language an advantage.
