The Role
As a Recruiter, you’ll be the gatekeeper of greatness. You’ll partner with leaders across departments to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent that fuels our growth. This is your chance to shape Rebel’s future by bringing in game-changers who elevate our culture and capabilities.
What You’ll Do
1. Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the recruiting process from job posting to onboarding—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top candidates.
2. Employer Branding: Promote Rebel’s unique culture through engaging job descriptions, social media posts, and campus outreach.
3. Talent Sourcing: Use creative channels and tools (LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, ATS platforms) to find high-potential candidates.
4. Business Partnering: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create effective recruiting strategies.
5. Pipeline Management: Maintain and nurture strong talent pipelines for future needs—always staying two steps ahead.
6. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, provide candidate prep, and ensure a best-in-class experience for every applicant.
7. Market Insight: Stay on top of hiring trends and compensation benchmarks to help Rebel stay competitive in the talent game.
Who You Are
1. 8+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or people operations.
2. Highly organized with a passion for people and process.
3. Exceptional communicator who can sell Rebel’s vision to candidates and internal stakeholders alike.
4. Resourceful and proactive—you know how to find great talent, even in competitive markets.
5. Comfortable with applicant tracking systems (bonus if you’ve used Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable).
6. Fast-paced and flexible—able to pivot quickly and juggle multiple roles and departments at once.
7. A culture champion who values diversity, equity, inclusion, and the Rebel spirit.
Bonus Points If You Have…
1. Experience hiring in retail, fashion, tech, or high-growth startup environments.
2. Previous campus recruiting or internship program development experience.
3. A track record of building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill or niche roles.
4. Familiarity with personality or behavioral assessments in hiring.
