The Security Data Loss Prevention Manager will oversee and manage the organization's data loss prevention strategies and technologies. This role is vital for safeguarding sensitive information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. It aims to protect and continuously enhance the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems in alignment with the firm's business objectives, regulatory requirements, and strategic goals.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the Global Security Engineering team with oversight of the DLP Continuous Improvement Program
2. Work with business owners to align to technical standards
3. Update the Firm's Information Security Management System
4. Prepare and present the executive-level reporting on the current DLP posture
5. Have ownership of vendor relationships on DLP technologies
Skills and Experience:
1. Possess a Computer Science bachelor’s degree or substantial equivalent experience
2. Certifications such as CISSP or Microsoft SC-400 are preferred
3. Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience in leading and managing a team of security engineers, including DLP analysts and SOC members. Experience in mentoring and developing team members to achieve firm security goals
4. Strategic Planning and Execution: Strong skills in strategic planning, project management, and execution. Ability to develop and implement DLP strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives
5. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of DLP technologies, including Microsoft Purview and Proofpoint. Ability to oversee the implementation and management of these technologies
6. Policy Development and Compliance: Expertise in developing, implementing, and managing DLP policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
7. Demonstratable experience in enterprise vendor management and executive-level reporting
8. Able to operate a DLP program at a large enterprise scale for a global organization
9. Experience with Microsoft Purview integrated data security services, including data encryption, classification, and labeling
10. An understanding of various industry-leading DLP tools and technology
11. Able to maintain critical thinking and composure under pressure
12. Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and compliance departments
13. Strong written and oral English communication skills; Able to convey complex concepts to non-technical constituents
