A market leading Facilities Management niche specialist services provider is looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager to join its growing team. This 40-year-old business has grown enormously over the last decade and has consistently smashed their annual targets, leading to further team expansion.
Salary range is dependent on experience but will be circa £40,000 - £45,000 + car package + an uncapped OTE that averages an additional £20,000 - £30,000 a year. Your territory will cover Newcastle, the North East, and all of Scotland.
This organisation works extensively across the UK with both FM providers and end users, operating across both Hard and Soft FM, offering bundled solutions to businesses across all vertical markets. They have tangible USPs that set them apart from the competition and offer an industry-leading rewards package for their commercial team.
You will be providing services such as commercial cleaning, fire safety systems, building access solutions, glazing, building maintenance, and more.
