Job Description
* Oversee the preparation and delivery of audit plans.
* Lead and manage a team of accountants and finance professionals.
* Ensure compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service delivery.
* Contribute to the strategic direction of the accounting and finance department.
* Provide input into the firm's business strategy from a financial perspective.
* Drive business growth by developing new client relationships and enhancing existing ones.
* Ensure continuous professional development within the team.
The Successful Applicant
* A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
* Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
* Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
* Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships.
* Experience in contributing to business strategy from a financial perspective.
* Proven track record in business growth and development.
