Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented System Sales Order Administrator to join our dynamic and friendly Systems team. In this key role, you will assist with data entry, ensuring the accuracy of sales and design information within our ERP and PLM systems, to aid supporting the seamless flow of operations across departments.
The Design Department relies on our PLM system to manage product information, while the Sales Department focuses on global customer relationships. The System Sales Order Administrator will play a vital role in capturing and managing confirmed sales orders, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Validate product information in the PLM system, ensuring it is ready for sales order creation.
2. Monitor shared inboxes with other sales administrators to manage workload effectively.
3. Raise new sales orders in the ERP system within 12 hours of receiving the request.
4. Update sales orders with new information within 48 hours of receiving updates.
