Senior Business Development Manager opportunity for a Freight Account Manager or Senior Freight Account Manager who is looking for a step up into a more Hunter focused position.
Are you fed up of losing bonus due to not hitting consignment targets despite bringing in good Gross Profit?
Salary range £50,000 to £65,000 + Company Car or Car Allowance
Earn 20% of your monthly Gross Profit, paid monthly for the life of the account!
£15,000 Gross Profit = £3,000 commission per month!
Responsibilities / Duties:
Telesales, identifying and prospecting new business leads
Arranging appointments
Job costing and preparing quotes
Overseeing and operating movement of cargo via Road, Air or Sea Freight
Ensuring retention of business
Providing a first class customer service
Regularly liaising with customers, keeping them informed and dealing with any questions or enquiries
Required experience:
Extensive experience within freight forwarding sales.
Experience of generating own sales leads.
Experience selling multimodal sea and air services desired but not essential.
Experience managing customer accounts and increasing revenue.
