We’re looking for a people-oriented administration professional to oversee a small team delivering high-quality, responsive administrative support to colleagues across the business. In this varied role, you’ll be ensuring the smooth running of the office facility, leading the organisation of company-wide events, and deputising for the Governance Lead on compliance issues and Board support when needed.
As a central touchpoint for all colleagues, you’ll play a key part in the employee experience, and having a friendly, can-do – will-do attitude is essential. We’re looking for someone with a flexible and pragmatic approach who is outcome-focused and can simplify processes.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced office/administration manager or executive assistant with an interest in governance.
The nature of this role means that it is predominantly office-based, although we can be flexible when needed.
