Salary: £44,000 – £52,000 plus excellent benefits package

The Children’s Home Manager Role Overview:
Located in Greater Manchester, the Children’s Home Registered Manager will oversee a home which is tailored to meet the physical and sensory needs of the young residents, up to 4 young people.
The Children’s Home Manager will be supported by a skilled and dedicated staff team. The environment is built around positive activities, encouraging children to explore new experiences and engage in various sports and interests.
Key Responsibilities:
As Manager of the home, you will promote the welfare and protection of children and young people.
The Registered Manager will supervise a team of Children’s Support Workers.
Create safe, nurturing placements for children and young people.
Ensure compliance with the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted Framework for Inspection.
The Children’s Home Manager Candidate:
Two years’ experience in a children’s home
Minimum one year in a supervisory or management role in a children’s home.
Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum conditions, physical impairments, and complex health needs.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
The Children’s Home Manager Package £45,000 to £50,000
Potential for a relocation support for candidates outside of the area.
