Ideal Candidate:
1. Recent completion of a course in SEN/SEMH or a strong desire to transition into this area.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of the Secondary Curriculum.
3. Easy-going, confident, and adaptable in the face of behavioral challenges.
4. Passionate about supporting students' growth and learning.
