Administrator, Rugby Remuneration : Circa £24k annual salary (dependent on experience) benefits Hours of work : Full Time 37.5 hours per week; 08:30 – 16:30 Monday to Friday. Job Profile Must be a team player, energetic and enthusiastic, with excellent administrative, communication and IT skills as well as accounting experience in order to adapt quickly to this challenging role. Areas of Responsibility • Answering the telephone • Dealing with e-mail enquiries & phone enquiries and associated actions (e.g. sending info, confirming approved status or not of products etc.) • Preparing data and for annual audit reminders, emailing, chasing responses & following up on non-replies • Emailing reports and certificates. • Data entry into web-based database; adjusting expiry dates, enabling & disabling entries. • Filing • Data entry into excel spreadsheets • Reconciling payments • Raising invoices & chasing payments • Booking in paperwork & samples • Dealing with couriers for collections and deliveries Background/Experience • Administrative experience • Accounts administration experience • Preference given to those with knowledge of Xero • Good working knowledge of MS Office Abilities • Excellent communication skills at all levels. • Excellent general administration skills. • Great IT skills; used to maximising the use of electronic formats, working with CRM type systems, • Ability to multi-task with effective management of time and priorities and a disciplined approach to work. • Comfortable dealing with others at all levels within the industry. • Be able to use own initiative Disposition • Highly productive, organised and flexible.
