* 1 x role is for 6 months maternity cover
* 1 x Temp to perm opportunity
* To start 6th December
* Hybrid role
* Central Bournemouth offices (must live close to Bournemouth to apply)
* 37 hours per week
* Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday early finish 4.30pm
* Pay rate £12.18 per hour
About the Customer Service Officer role-
* We are seeking experienced in-bound call handlers for these roles
* Able to deal with contacts for various services with empathy
* Able to deal with complaints effectively
* Able to stay calm under pressure
* Dealing with volume calls
* Must be able to multi- task as each call is different, varied types of issues and problem solving required
* Good ICT skills
* Updating and looking up information on the system
* Accurate Data entry
* Great attention to details
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
