Our client based on the outskirts of Guildford is seeking a Customer Service Support Manager to join their close-knit team. The successful candidate should have a great team-working ethic and be prepared to work in a hands-on environment for some big-name customers!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer liaison by phone and email - providing quotations and product advice
2. Assisting the warehouse with orders when needed
3. Sales & marketing material preparation eg catalogues and price lists
4. Chasing up samples supplied to customers to get feedback and aid sales
5. Website product maintenance
6. Exploration of new sales avenues and markets
7. Data processing on the CRM to ensure the maintenance and correction of client, supplier and product data
8. Uploading invoices to the system
9. Attendance at shows and exhibitions where necessary
Experience and Skills Requirements:
1. Flexibility - supporting other members of the team when necessary
2. Excellent MS Word & Excel skills
3. Solid numeracy skills required for product preparation, stock check and quotations
4. Accuracy and attention to detail
5. Enthusiastic and versatile
6. Excellent telephone manner
7. High standards of customer service
