They are currently entering another period of growth and are looking to expand their team to keep up with high customer demand. Small Works and Maintenance Planner Role and Responsibilities: To lead a team of operatives and allocate work on a daily basis to each operative. Gather and organise pre-start information ahead of work commencing, ensuring operatives can carry out tasks efficiently and cost-effectively. Prioritise and reschedule work as necessary to meet client requirements and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure operatives’ booking sheets and time sheets are completed accurately, correctly, and promptly, while rescheduling any incomplete work as needed. Support your line manager in compiling final account information for each project.
