Within this role, you would have the following main duties: - Caseload management of a community caseload within the South Cheshire Locality - Assessment and intervention of children and young people aged between 0-16, using standardised assessments and evidence based treatment techniques. - Working in a variety of community settings, including mainstream schools, early years settings and nurseries and also clinics. - Completion of P3 clinics which focus on the assessment and treatment of functional difficulties. - Contribution to Education Health and Care plans for children on your caseload, and awareness of the SEND agenda overall - Contribution to peer supervision groups, and the Motiv8 (appraisal) process that is used within CCICP and MCHT. - Working alongside other health professionals including physiotherapists, therapy assistants, GPs, Consultant Paediatricians. - Providing supervision to students, therapy assistants and other qualified members of the OT Team - Ordering and management of equipment needs for the children on caseload using the recognised system.
