Role overview:
Xplore is seeking a proactive and results driven team of agents to give coverage to its vast portfolio across the independent retail channel throughout UK&I.
The role will focus on maintaining strong client relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate(s) will be motivated individuals with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills and have an existing network of independent customers across their respective region(s).
Job Type:
Commission only, remote working role.
Key responsibilities:
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive growth.
* Work with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales.
* Strong communication and relationship skills.
* Existing relationships with the independent channel across various regions of the UK&I.
* Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations.
