About the Job We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to work alongside our busy marketing and product marketing teams, helping to develop and implement all aspects of Nourish’s Marketing Strategy. The role and your responsibilities Supporting delivery of large events across the UK, including pre-event admin and internal communication, stock-check and management of company merchandise, attendance at events and helping with event management. Assisting the CRM & Email Marketing Manager with email content and the set-up and analysis of regular customer and prospect webinars. Working with the Product Marketing team to implement Go to Market plans for product updates and new product launches. Ownership and management of the Nourish Referral scheme and monthly Activity Planners. Working with the Product Marketing team on developing monitoring and reporting on competitor activity/product launches. Assisting with management of the Nourish website including support on SEO and optimising web content. Assist with ensuring high quality, accurate data in the Nourish CRM system, including support with data cleansing. Day-to-day management of the general marketing email inboxes. Using Canva to help design adverts and flyers for marketing activities. Required experience Hybrid/remote but ability to travel to Bournemouth office very regularly when required (sometimes at short notice). Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated and able to work autonomously. Excellent organisational skills. Excellent attention to detail is a premium requirement. An understanding of SEO and Analytics preferred, but not essential. Experience/an understanding of B2B Marketing. Good broad knowledge of digital channels as well as across the full marketing mix. Ideally experience of using Canva. Ideally experience of using CRM and email marketing systems such as HubSpot.
