FITNESS & WELLNESS CONCIERGE, SPA & WELLNESS 39 hours, 5 days per week Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is looking for a Fitness & Wellness Concierge to join our Spa & Wellness team. As a Fitness & Wellness Concierge at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for: Setting up fitness facilities (changing areas M&F, lounge area by swimming pool, setting up gym area – free of rubbish, towels, sanititze gym equipment) Checking-in hotel guests and fitness members, making sure facilities temperate is in order Monitoring Pool area to ensure safety at all times. Will be Pool Rescue trained Arranging and dealing with Body Space and arranging trainers Assisting with membership enquiries and sign-ups As a Fitness & Wellness Concierge, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning and afternoon shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable. To be a successful Fitness & Wellness Concierge candidate, you will be able to multitask and work well under pressure and are passionate about service and exceeding guest expectations. You have a strong understanding of systems and IT technology, are a strong team player and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous Fitness, Spa or Hotel experience in a 5 star environment is desirable but not essential.
