If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you The Role: As a Roller Operator, you will be responsible for operating the Roller and other relevant machinery, helping to lay Blacktop and other surfacing materials in line with industry specifications. Key duties include: Operating the Roller and other plant machinery safely and efficiently. Assisting the team with tasks such as laying and wheelbarrowing coated materials. Performing routine maintenance of plant equipment and maintaining high standards of housekeeping. Communicating effectively with team members and following instructions from the Foreman. Operating other machinery, such as pavers or chippers, if licensed. Qualifications & Experience: At least 1 year's experience in Roller Driving. A valid CSR card. A full UK driving licence. Familiarity with Blacktop and asphalt machinery, with an understanding of safety regulations (BS tolerances). Why Join W.J. McCormick Contracts?
