Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end client billing process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to best practices. Continuously review and enhance billing procedures, identifying opportunities for process improvements. Lead, develop, and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Manage daily workflow within the billing team, effectively allocating resources to meet deadlines. Maintain a robust control environment across all billing activities to ensure compliance and accuracy. Act as the primary escalation point for critical billing issues, driving timely resolutions. Ensure all invoicing is completed accurately and on time, adhering to agreed service standards. Key Requirements: Extensive billing experience within a large corporate environment. Strong understanding of process controls and continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
