We have an exciting new opportunity to join our client, a well-known and highly regarded brand in Gloucestershire. This successful, family-run business is based in Tewkesbury and has built a strong local presence. They are currently looking for a Logistics Administrator to join their team on an initial temporary basis, with the aim of going permanent for the right individual.
The company is a distributor of products which are imported from overseas. The purpose of this role is to support the order, logistics and delivery process of products to customers. Full training on company processes will be provided.
Logistics Administrator - Key Responsibilities
Booking in containers.
Communication with factories/suppliers via email.
Raising purchase orders.
Updating trackers/goods-in report.
Importing document chasing.
Allocating stock to orders.
Booking-in delivery dates.
Transferring stock.
Placing orders for Sales Director.
Logistics Administrator - Key Attributes
Previous administration experience
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to prioritise own workload
Good communication skills.
Hours: Monday Friday, 8:30am 5pm
Salary: Up to £31,200 per annum + 21 days holiday (plus BH), rising to 23 days after first year of work.
