Job Description
We are an OFSTED Outstanding independent training provider located in Pride Park, Derby.
We are looking for an experienced Apprenticeship Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality apprenticeship programs in sectors such as Management, Marketing, and Media. This role will ensure that our apprenticeship standards remain outstanding, and learners are supported through to End Point Assessment.
Office based with occasional hybrid working.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee the delivery of apprenticeships within chosen standards, focusing on niche sectors like Lean Six Sigma and Audio Visual.
• Provide leadership and support to a team of experienced trainers, ensuring high-quality delivery that meets both learner and employer expectations.
• Implement strategies to continuously improve the quality of apprenticeship delivery, aligned with Blue Lion's commitment to excellence.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements, ESFA funding rules, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
• Manage the End Point Assessment (EPA) process and liaise with external EPAOs to ensure timely and successful completions.
• Oversee the management of the Functional Skills Centre, ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements and maintaining strong relationships with the awarding body to ensure successful delivery of Functional Skills qualifications.
• Utilise systems such as Bud, ILR, and CRM to maintain accurate and up-to-date data on learner progress and funding claims.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Proven track record in managing apprenticeship programs, with an emphasis on quality and compliance.
• Strong experience in Ofsted inspections and the ability to lead teams towards achieving Outstanding results.
• Knowledge of ESFA funding rules, data management systems, and EPA processes.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on continuous improvement and learner progression.
• Relevant teaching qualifications (DTLLS/Cert Ed) and Full UK Driving License required.
