Job summary The Kingston GP Federation (Kingston GP Chambers) is seeking to recruit a Part-Time Receptionist on behalf of Claremont Medical Centre based in Surbiton. Claremont has a CQC rating of 'good', and benefits from positive patient feedback. The medical centre is overseen by three partners, and provides care to over 11,000 patients across Surbiton. The role is offered on a part-time basis of 17.5 hours per week consisting of the following days: Monday - 2pm to 6pm Tuesday - 9am to 6.30pm Wednesday - 2pm to 6pm The practice is seeking someone who is an excellent communicator, reliable and able to work on their own initiative. A degree of flexibility is also highly sought after to enable the successful post-holder to provide extra hours to cover for sickness and holiday periods. The receptionist role represents a great opportunity for those with great administrative skills, who enjoy working within the busy environment of a GP practice. It was founded in 2008 as a limited company whose shareholders are all 20 GP Practices within Kingston. The company is led by a Board of Directors who are also GP Partners in their own Practices within Kingston. Kingston GP Chambers has worked collaboratively with both secondary care and the private sector. At present we provide community clinics for Dermatology, Urology, Neurology, Dementia and Diabetes. In addition, Kingston GP Chambers are at the forefront of improving patient access to primary care.
