Funeral Arranger / Administrator Responsibilities:
* Provide face-to-face and telephone support to clients, handling related correspondence.
* Arrange funerals for the bereaved, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.
* Coordinate with funeral directors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth funeral arrangements.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of funeral arrangements.
* Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and guidance throughout the funeral process.
