We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to enhance our dedicated team. Day-to-day of the role: Develop and implement effective teaching strategies tailored to the needs of SEN students. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and development. Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues. Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to develop and deliver individualised education plans (IEPs). Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in SEN education. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience working with children with special educational needs. Strong understanding of SEN best practices and legal requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
