Day to day you will work alongside the Technical Manager, Head of Innovation and development Chefs. You will be instrumental in delivering new products to market and play a key role across the whole process from conception through to launch.

THE ROLE:
* Specification management
* Driving the development of products from chef handover to launch taking into consideration cost, market trends, customer profile, ease of processing, travel, packaging and testing
* Artwork & label proofing
THE PERSON:
* A motivated & passionate Junior / Graduate Technologist ( ideally with some previous experience in an NPD/ Process role within FMCG/ Food)
* A genuine interest in food & market trends
* Looking to work for a company who will invest in your development & long term career progression
*UK driving licence & full right to work in the UK required
