We are looking for experienced and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our supply team, working in inclusive and supportive schools across Leeds. About the Role: Location : Leeds (variety of schools) Position : SEN Teaching Assistant (Supply) Availability : Flexible – full-time and part-time roles available Start Date : Immediate Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and other learning needs. Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies. Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that promotes engagement and progress. Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to meet the needs of students. Requirements: Experience supporting children with SEN in a school or care setting. Knowledge of behaviour management techniques and strategies. Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work in various schools and adapt to different settings.
