An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within a well-established Community Pulmonary Rehabilitation Team here in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin supporting patients to make positive life choices that enhance their lives and health.

We can offer you the opportunity to work alongside experienced staff to help develop your skills and knowledge in respiratory care. As part of the Pulmonary Rehabilitation team, you will be expected to work independently in liaison with the physiotherapists and nurses, to support patients in a community setting.
You will work alongside and build relationships with the community respiratory nursing teams, local GP surgeries, secondary care respiratory colleagues, and community interdisciplinary teams, delivering high-quality care across community settings.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing pulmonary rehabilitation to patients in the community in both group and domiciliary settings.
2. Participating in MDT meetings and events.
3. Ordering items via Oracle.
4. Assisting respiratory specialist physiotherapists and nurses.
