Position: Fleet Administrator Location: Bristol Salary: £12.61ph Hours: Monday to Friday - Can be 37.5 hours a week or 30 hours This key role will sit within the Fleet Management team at the office, supporting the team with all breakdowns and fleet administration tasks. A strong understanding of breakdown practices across the vendor network is highly beneficial. Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Fleet Administrator: Checking availability of vehicles and ensuring that machine statuses are always up to date on our systems. Maintain accurate and up-to date records of all rental contracts. Coordinating with the engineering and transport teams to ensure that the correct vehicles are ready and delivered to customer sites. Communicating effectively with other colleagues, and providing a helpful and friendly point of contact for depot enquiries. Fleet Administrator Experience and Skills Required: Previous experience as an administrator is highly beneficial. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including lookups and pivot tables. Proficiency in internal systems, Outlook, and general IT skills.
