Senior Client Service Manager Ravensthorpe, Mirfield & Batley, West Yorkshire Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week) Salary £28,174 to £30,804 per annum plus great benefits including Health Cash Plan!
Want to lead a team that really cares and empowers customers to live their best life? As our Senior Client Services Manager, you’ll lead our Queen Street & Calder House team to deliver person-centred housing-related support and make it a Great Place To Work for our colleagues!
You’ll manage our supported living services which house vulnerable customers experiencing mental health, acquired brain injury, autism, and learning disabilities across 2 sites. You will also be responsible for the housing management of our Batley service. This is your chance to unleash the potential in our colleagues, delivering excellent outcomes for our customers!
Typical day as a Senior Client Service Manager:
1. Leading a motivated team to deliver efficient, high-quality, person-centred services in line with our contracts, evidenced by our customer satisfaction surveys and KPIs.
2. You’ll be the Safeguarding Lead for the service.
3. Ensure Health and Safety checks and risk assessments are completed and recorded accurately.
4. Managing the contracts, budgets, and KPIs, and liaising with stakeholders and commissioners.
5. Manage individual and team performance using coaching skills and assessing colleague competencies and objectives to ensure customers live in a safe, supportive, person-centred service.

You have:
1. The people skills to take others with you, to help others grow as well as the confidence to challenge behaviours misaligned to our values.
2. The understanding of where our customers are in their life and the passion to advocate for them.
3. Experience of delivering support in a housing or care environment.
4. Experience of people management.
5. Experience of managing multiple services and/or managing managers.
6. To get from A to B, you’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is that we’ll pay your mileage!

Job details:
1. Flexible working hours
2. You will manage your own diary while ensuring service requirements are met
3. You will cover on call alongside your peer managers
4. On call shift payment of £14.30 per session
5. Able to use technology including Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint
6. You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
