In this role, you will:

Provide a high level of service to customers, working quickly and smartly with customer instructions, whilst minimizing operational errors, through pre:processing of documents and preparation of outgoing letters and documents. Having oversight of the work in progress, to ensure all instructions are processed on time.

Liaison with internal and external customers on non:routine matters via our client services telephony team, as appropriate.

Ensure our customers always receive a quality service.
