Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales and Client Services Administrator with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. Experience in outbound sales and marketing will be advantageous.
This is a client-facing role that will require some UK travel. The position is hybrid, offering flexibility, but applicants must be within easy commuting distance to Orpington, BR5.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process orders via email or phone, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Maintain and update sales and customer records, utilizing CRM software and MS Office applications.
3. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
4. Develop and distribute monthly sales reports to relevant stakeholders.
5. Client Services:
6. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
7. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
8. Gather and communicate important feedback from clients to drive continuous improvement.
9. Outbound Sales and Marketing:
10. Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, introducing our software solutions and identifying opportunities.
11. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
12. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and expand our client base.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
2. Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
5. Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
6. Experience in outbound sales and marketing is highly desirable.
7. Certification in Marketing, Sales, or a related field is a plus.
8. Ability to travel within the UK as required.
