We're seeking a motivated clinician with significant operational management experience to lead the operational management of patient flow and safety across NSFT.
You will work closely with Trust locality teams and system partners to support the safe implementation of patient pathways. You will be responsible for the reduction in Length of Stay objectives in order to ensure optimal patient flow through their treatment journey working alongside the bed management teams and locality leads.
Ideally, you'll be experienced in operational management in a senior clinical role within a Healthcare / NHS setting and with dealing with complex situations, conflict management, and will ideally have previous experience working within patient flow. Problem-solving and being able to respond and adapt to a changing high-pressure environment are key to this role.

The post holder will work with internal and external stakeholders to define service need and facilitate new patient pathways using innovative thinking to move teams and services forward to meet key objectives.
