That is why we come to work each day. We commit ourselves to scientific rigor, unassailable ethics, and access to medical innovations for all. We do this today to build a better tomorrow.

Role Purpose
As an Operations Quality Senior Quality Partner you are accountable for ensuring your contributions are delivered in a way that lives up to our commitments to each other and the We@Roche Diagnostic Commitments. You are responsible for building and developing your capabilities to contribute more to the team, customers and patients. You apply innovative approaches to improving your work to increase productivity, reduce costs or mitigate significant compliance issues within your area of influence. You work as a strategic business partner to help break down silos between organizations (internal and external) all which lead to developing and producing safe, quality products and services that meet customer requirements throughout the entire lifecycle. You push the boundaries to enable and implement smart, risk-based compliant processes that result in quick and efficient innovation.
Please note that this role is highly devoted to Data Insights and Innovation. This team supports the organization with data for management review, manufacturing oversight, CAPAs, daily management activities, routine data assessments, automating processes, AI opportunities and more. This role is not a typical Quality Partner role.
The Opportunity:
* Drive business results and customer value by performing activities to meet Q&R goals independently, identifying improvements, and implementing changes with managerial collaboration.
* Be recognized internally as an expert in your field, acting as a coach for colleagues with less experience to help them develop skills and expertise.
* Author and review documents to support changes, perform technical reviews, prepare audit documentation, and participate in audits.
* Independently troubleshoot issues, develop and implement solutions to ensure compliance, and communicate significant quality or regulatory issues to Executive Management promptly.
* Work independently with minimal supervision, initiate daily activities and interactions across departments, and make decisive decisions even outside your comfort zone.
* Identify, facilitate, and implement process improvements to meet business needs, drive innovation, and lead or contribute to global cross-functional projects.
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues and business partners, champion Engrained Quality at the site, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Act as a role model for Agile Leadership behaviors, support the organization’s transformation to more Agile Ways of Working, and contribute to Roche’s Ten Year ambitions, such as doubling patient access to novel diagnostics solutions and improving patients’ lives via the 'OneRoche Approach'.
* Innovatively develop Data Products using advanced tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, and foundational SQL skills, driving insights and efficiency in data management and analysis.
Who you are:
* A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience, including training as a technician or laboratory technician.
* Experience in multiple functions within quality management, capable of managing highly sophisticated and/or global projects; experience outside of Quality Management is also valued.
* Thorough knowledge and understanding of the ISO13485 standard.
* Preferred experience with Alteryx, Tableau, Tableau Prep, and SQL.
* Preferred experience with diagnostics or LumiraDx data landscape.
