As the Quality and Compliance Manager, you will be key to maintaining and improving quality and compliance functions, particularly information governance, health and safety, and regulatory compliance (CQC). You will provide leadership, oversight, training and support to non-clinical colleagues. The role will be based at our facilities in Gloucester, The role could be purely office-based, or hybrid office-based/working from home, if preferred. You must be able to travel independently to Gloucester and to other sites in Gloucestershire. The role is for 16-20 hours per week, to be worked over at least 4 days. You will have considerable autonomy to design and implement quality systems, although close and co-operative working with colleagues will be essential. You must be able to make the case for quality improvement and to bring colleagues with you. Experience of both clinical and information governance is desirable, but candidates with a strong record of achievement and leadership in only one of these elements are welcome to apply, as training can be provided if required.
