Your Role While in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to: Supporting customers with matters relating to billing, invoicing and their account Actioning incoming customer queries by phone, email or portals Raising invoices after customer calls Providing customers with quotations for any additional work requested or required Acting as a point of contact to address and answer any customer queries or information requests Giving exceptional administrative support to senior members of the team and management Communicating with both customers and technicians about work You MUST Have Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria: Have sufficient experience within customer service and administration Knowledge of billing and invoicing within a services environment ideally would be an advantage Possess excellent telephone and communication skills Good proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks Your Opportunity Possessing decades of experience in delivering exceptional products and services to their clients, this business is a market leader in their field.
