HR Strategic Policy & Process Manager
Based in Luton, Bedfordshire
We are looking for a Strategic Policy & Process Manager to join our HR team, to develop, implement and maintain all HR policies and procedures. Reporting into the Head of HR, you’ll ensure these align with our organisational goals and comply with statutory requirements.

As a HR Strategic Policy & Process Manager you’ll be:
* Developing, updating, and maintaining comprehensive HR policies and procedures.
* Ensuring all HR polices are compliant with statutory regulations and underpinned by the ACAS code of practice.
* Regularly reviewing and updating policies to reflect changes in legislation and organisational needs.
* Collaborating with HR and other departments to ensure processes are integrated and aligned with overall business strategies.
* Working with the HR Transactional Manager, ensuring all processes relating to policies have a written standard operating procedure, to be used as an external and internal auditing tool.
As a HR Strategic Policy & Process Manager you’ll have:
* Great understanding of HR policies, procedures and employment legislation.
* Experience within private sector and a great sense commercial awareness.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build professional, friendly and accessible relationships with stakeholders
* Considerable knowledge and experience working with the Microsoft Office suite
* CIPD Level 5 minimum or working towards
